Its my 10th day trying intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting isn't really a diet at all – it's an eating approach. There's nobody telling you what you can eat, or even how much you can eat – it's all about when you eat.
The approach I followed was a 16:8 fasting protocol, where every day I would fast for 16 hours and then eat during an 8-hour window. Till now , i feel great, strong and losing weight💪🏻 I cant wait for my one month result❤️💪🏻 #healthylifestyle
